About Shane ValVerde, CEM

Shane ValVerde is a Certified Emergency Manager and former Federal Type 1 Incident Management Team Planning Section Chief of 8 years with the FEMA Incident Management Assistance Team and has responded to over 60 declared disasters throughout the United States and the world. As a former Special Operations Soldier, State Dept Contractor, and Team Rubicon Team Leader, Shane has operated in some of the most austere environments in the world to include Afghanistan, Haiti and the Phillipines in all manner of operations spanning a 26 year career in military combat service and emergency management.
