Richard Addotta is a results driven entrepreneur who values strategic thinking and leveraging technology to solve problems. Richard has been working in the Utility for over 15 years after starting his career at National Grid. During his time, there Richard ran the Contract Strategy and Management Organization and was a key leader in their emergency response organization. Six years ago, Richard saw an opportunity to improve Utility storm response and started WRM Software, Work and Resource Manager Software, to help organizations respond more effectively to natural disasters.
