This seminar will look back at fifty years of lighting prediction service to various industries. It will reveal real data involving lightning, severe storm and tornado prediction. The discussion will try and show, with data, the trie differences between detection and prediction.

About Robert "Bob" Dugan

Robert "Bob" Dugan was born in Troy, NY, After graduation from LaSalle Institute he attended Holy Cross College in Wocester, MA where he majored in Psychology and Pre-Med with a minor in economics. After graduation, Mr Dugan tried qualifying for the PGA Tour then went to work as an Industrial Psychologist for Cerro Metals in Bellefonte, PA. He later managed a sales territory for Cerro in the Upper Mid-West selling casting and forged parts to large corporations. In 1984, he formed R.M. Dugan & Associates where he provided search services and consulting work for Thor Guard and G. Loomis Golf. In 1990, Bob joined Thor Guard and began restructuring the company and creating new products. In 2000, Bob moved to Marco Island, FL, and became President. After developing the new TG 360 systems, he became CEO in 2022.
