About Jonas Nicholson

Jonas joined DI in 2006. Within a year, Jonas and President Matt Storey partnered to incorporate Direct Interactions Inc. As CEO for the past 15 years, Jonas has led DI’s mission to service people in need through custom solutions created for our public sector clients. His primary roles include development and implementation of company strategy through collaboration with executive management. Jonas remains accountable to our clients, leadership team, and every employee working at Direct Interactions. He is known for his availability to address employee concerns and actively promotes an inclusive environment. Jonas works closely with our HR department to ensure all employees can contribute to DI’s continued growth through feedback opportunities. In addition to cultivating a culture of inclusion, Jonas oversees our Sales & Marketing team.
