Jayme Oyen is the Vice President of Emergency Services at Atlas Fuel Services, LLC. Mr. Oyen has specialized in Emergency Fueling Services since 2001. In that time he has been instrumental in the creation and development of several business units focused entirely on the provision of emergency fueling service. These efforts have resulted in the support of companies ranging from individual entities to multinational organizations. He has directed fueling responses due to all manners of natural disasters and accidents ranging from multi-state disasters to single-site events.
