The devastating impacts of wildfire affect communities around the globe. Ground-based sensors coupled with AI offer an important tool for early detection of wildfire and can also provide important information on the impact of air quality on communities. This seminar will describe how ground-based sensors operate, along with recommendations on where and how they can be deployed for maximum impact.
