Matthew Holbrook is a strategic leader with a career spanning Special Forces, corporate transformation, and emergency response operations. Over the past year, he has led Mansfield’s Emergency Management Response team, ensuring business continuity for major corporations during critical events. Drawing on his military experience as a Green Beret, he maintains composure under pressure and excels at stabilizing chaotic situations, coordinating large-scale responses, and protecting essential business functions for customers.

Before returning to Mansfield in an emergency response capacity, Matthew spent seven years in the technology industry driving operational improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and transforming underperforming departments into high-performing units. His background includes program management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making supported by an MBA and multiple professional certifications. Across military, corporate, and crisis environments, Matthew brings disciplined leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to finding solutions when it matters most.
