Andy McIndoe serves as the President of Alpha-Echo, a technical construction and disaster response company since 2021. He previously served as the Building Structure trade manager for Walmart US, responsible for all 4,638 stores in their building fleet. Prior to Walmart, Andy led the ramp of battery production for Tesla's model 3 car. His last assignment on active military was a Green Beret detachment commander and still serves in the US Army Reserve at US Army Special Operations Command.
