Please provide the following to ensure compliance with venue and organizer regulations:
Insurance
Your Insurance Coverage MUST have a minimum general liability of $2 million and cover all days of the event (including build and breakdown).
Our recommended provider, Rain Protection Insurance can be found under 'Show Exclusive Suppliers'.
Booth Plans
This is an image/drawing of a rough design of your booth, with what you plan on showing/having on your space.
Bringing a Display Vehicle/Trailer?
If you plan on bringing a display vehicle/trailer/module for your booth, you will need to book a time slot to secure your desired move-in time. Display Vehicles must have no more than 1/4 of a tank of fuel.
Please note, Display Vehicles MUST be moved in on March 3rd to ensure a smooth build.
EAC Information
If you plan on having an external party to assist in building your booth, please ensure that you provide their contact details. If you will not have any external support please can you also state that so we are aware, and please provide a name and contact number for a team member that will be onsite during the build of your stand.
